Only a couple weeks are left before Piojo has to submit his call up list for March’s FIFA Date. That leaves players with a match or two to impress. Below is this weekend’s schedule.

10:00AM- Vitoria Setubal v CD Nacional

11:00AM- Rayo Vallecano v Valencia

12:45PM- FC Twente v NAC Brenda

3:00PM- Malaga v Getafe

5:00AM- Real Sociedad v Valencia

5:30AM-Hellas Verona v Cagliari

9:45AM- PSV v Ajax

12:00PM- Atletico Madrid v Sevilla

1:15PM- FC Porto v Sporting Lisbon

2:00PM- Villarreal v Real Madrid– I would consider this the game of the week. Villarreal are flying high after their great win to advance in Europa League (See below for highlights). A big reason for their win would be the play of the Dos Santos brothers. They combined for 1 goal and 2 assists. Gio seems to have found his mojo back this month. He is attacking with purpose and is linking up well with his teammates, most notably, Vietto. While Jona has stepped up as Bruno has been out injured and he has become the engine in the middle for El Submarino. Villarreal have said all along they are a team with Champions League aspirations and grabbing a point or 3 will do wonders towards making that goal a reality next season.
