Another step closer for Jimenez

European spots are up for grabs…. so are relegation spots.

Weekend Schedule

3/12/21

No games so just enjoy this

3/13/21

Boavista vs Benfica (1pm ET): Good luck to Boavista.

Atletico Madrid vs Getafe (3pm ET): Hector Herrera has returned to the club after leaving to be with his family after his mother passed away.

3/14/21

Celta Vigo vs Athletic Bilbao (9am ET): Nestor Araujo was healed enough to make a substitute appearance last weekend. Expect him in the starting lineup this weekend for his club and in Mexico’s starting 11 later this month.

PSV vs Feyenoord (9:30am ET): Time is running out for Erick Gutierrez to show he can play in Europe after this season. He needs to start making the most of the few minutes he is seeing.

Ajax vs PEC Zwolle (11:45am ET): The breakout season for Edson Alvarez continues with another great performance in Europa League.

Lille vs AS Monaco (12pm ET): Something tells me Eugenio Pizzuto is not making his Ligue 1 debut this season.

Panetolikos vs Apollon (1pm ET): Paolo Medina has 5 straight starts. I foresee a 6th in his future.

Napoli vs AC Milan (3:45pm ET): Hirving Lozano is set to make his return this weekend and Napoli has missed him.

Porto vs Paco de Ferreira (4pm ET): After a great Champions League win over Juventus, Porto need to focus on their lagging league campaign. Jesus Corona and company have had too many draws. They will need to turn those into 3 points if they want a shot at a top 2 league finish.

Real Betis vs Sevilla (4pm ET): Last season, Betis finished with 41 points in 38 games. Through 26 games this season, they are up to 42 points and flirting with a Champions League spot. Diego Lainez and Andres Guardado should be announced for Tata’s squad in the coming days.

3/15/21

Wolves vs Liverpool (4pm ET): No Raul Jimenez but he getting more involved with training.
